Shipping policy

As soon as the order is done and paid - it will be sent within 48hrs and to be delivered to final address as per FedEx terms (international).  Orders on public holidays and weekends to be send during next two business days.

Once the order is sent, the customer will receive on email all shipping information including tracking number of parcel.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • International orders - to be sent by FedEx Connect Plus Service as per their terms/tariffs /timing
    • USA / Canada – delivery within 3-5 business days
    • Asia – delivery within 3-5 business days
    • EU – delivery within 4-5 business days
    • Rest of the world delivery within 14 business days
    • Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Paraguay – no rates at the moment. Customers in this zone won’t be able to complete checkout due to shipping issues.
      Shipping costs to be calculated automatically on website as soon as all items/data of order including final destination address to be filled in.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimated in business days and do not include delays due to customs clearance or other unforeseen events such as local holidays or courier issues (e.g., FedEx delays).

Shipping to the following locations is unavailable due to postal restrictions: Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Myanmar, Serbia, North Korea

  • To ensure the customer receive the order safely and successfully – all parcels should be signed upon delivery. If customer is unreachable on delivery – the package will be taken to the nearest sort facility and customer should reschedule a new delivery date with FedEx
  • Please do not use PO box delivery addresses
  • Please remember to specify levels or unit numbers
  • Nuverance store is not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit or failed delivery for any reason
  • The returns postage to be for customer’s own expenses and will not be reimbursed

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient (customer).
Please note in accordance with Indonesian export regulations only exact value of product to be declared. The order is prohibited by law to identify as a “gift” for export purposes.
If customer purchasing the goods online ex Indonesia, customer to be charged with custom duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost.
Nuverance store takes no responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that can be imposed by receiving country

Nuverance store takes no responsibility for any delays in delivery time caused by customs of receiving country or shipping company.

Shipping fees and taxes are not to be refunded for delivery items that are refused due to tax and custom regulations of country-receiver.

If there is no response from the customer within 7 days after being contacted by FedEx regarding this matter, the parcel will be destroyed at the discretion of the shipping carrier or returned to Nuverance store. In such cases, there will be no refund issued to the customer, and Nuverance store will not be held responsible for the loss of the parcel or its contents.
