Please read carefully. Once a purchase has been made, you will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms. These terms only apply to the sales made on the website.

To return the goods for any reason customer should inform Nuverance Store within 7 days in written and it works for online purchase only. The following form should be filled in / link on attached from / and to be sent by mail to: info@nuverance.com
The goods should be returned in original condition only. Customer have a right to inspect the goods and try on the garments but goods should be unworn and not damaged while trying on the garments. Its a customer responsibility to ensure that package for return of the goods keeps/deliver the goods in undamaged condition to the Nuverance Store
Women’s swim bottoms and tops, one-piece swimsuits, lingerie and other items that are under contact with women’s microflora are not acceptable for returning. The goods under promo/sales are also not acceptable for returning
Nuverance Store is not responsible for delivery goods lost in transit
REFUND PROCESS
To issue the request to refund send email to info@nuverance.com with title “REFUND”. The reason of return should be explained in written by customer and video of the item as a proof to be attached.
Once confirmation of Nuverance Store has been received, the goods should be returned to Nuverance Store within 14 days from the moment Nuverance Store confirmed the return. As soon as the goods are received and found in original condition, Nuverance Store will start the process of refund.
REFUND DEDUCTION
- Return Postage: Customers are responsible for the postage costs for returns or exchanges. These costs are not reimbursable.
- Import Duties and Taxes: Customers will be charged import duties and taxes. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be made for same goods/model only, i.e. if you require a different size. If another goods are required the refund procedure should be applied.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
Please be aware that if customer purchasing the goods online, customer to be charged with custom duties and taxes, which are not included in the price of the goods and not included in the overall shipping costs.
Nuverance Store is not responsible for any custom duties and foreign taxes or other fees that can be imposed by receiving country.
Taxes are more likely to be applied to an order that has been shipped with Express shipping.
